Shauna Murray - Women’s Transformation & Empowerment Coach
Shauna helps women uncover and release emotional, energetic and physical weight and reclaim their voice after years of being silenced. Through personalized coaching, guided meditations and powerful visualization exercises, she supports women in releasing past patterns, calming the nervous system and reconnecting with the strength and wisdom within their bodies.
Natalie Louise - Embodiment Coach & Empowerment Photographer
Natty supports women to return to vitality through values-led connection, gentle intentional practices that help them reconnect with their inner truth. Blending her IIN coaching with empowerment photography, she creates grounded, safe space for women to soften, feel deeply seen and remember who they are. Her work captures each woman’s transformation with authenticity…reflecting who she is becoming long after the retreat ends.
